Do not start or change settings on VFD before contacting a certified startup technician at Riverflow.

Follow these steps to begin the process of activating the warranty for your Riverflow™ Pump.
Step 1:
Riverflow must have digital photos clearly showing the Riverflow pump installation with:
1. Entire pump and motor installed
2. A close up view of the shaft coupling
3. Motor wiring inside motor junction box
4. Line and load wiring of mounted VFD
5. Non-fused disconnect (if required)
6. 50 amp dedicated non-GFI circuit breaker
7. Lazy River Return Nozzle in the pool wall
8. Suctions in the pool wall
9. Overall Project
Email: Startup@Riverflowpools.com to submit your photos and activate the warranty process.
Step 2:
A licensed electrician must call Riverflow prior to applying power to the Riverflow pump motor for start up. A factory authorized technician will instruct the electrician in programming the VFD.
